Cancellation Policies

As we all know the weather on the Outer Banks can be unpredictable at times. Wind and rain can pop up at any time, even when it is not forecasted. Coupled with needing the wind speed under 11.5mph to apply for permits in Nags Head, and things can get tricky. But rest assured, we will do ALL WE CAN to provide the services you’ve purchased.

Weather Policy:

We do our best to track the weather leading up to fires and will work with you to reschedule your fire around bad weather if there is proper forecasting. If there is no way to work around the weather before your schedule fire, we offer a Weather Check that will never expire. As long as we are alive, we will build you that fire! If you decide you don’t want to try and have the fire on a different day, we can refund you the full amount paid minus the transaction fee applied for credit cards ($25).

Customer Cancellation Policy:

If the customer cancels 72 Hours prior to the scheduled fire, then a full refund will be sent back to the customer. Within 72 Hours, a fee will be equal to 25% of the total booking price of reservation will be assessed. We do apologize for any inconvenience, but please understand as a small business cancellations hurt our ability to provide fires to other customers. Please reach out to us with any questions!
